Starting off my career was my time in the United States Marine Corps, where I learned to do inspection and corrosion control of F/A-18 Jets. After my enlistment ended, I went to the University of Kentucky for a mechanical engineering degree. I found myself a mentor who taught me the ins and outs of pressure vessel and piping inspection, and helped me get certified. Then I went into the reliability field, and ran a mechanical integrity program for one of the largest chemical manufacturers in the world. I saw how the inspectors that I worked with did things, and thought to myself that I could provide a better service at a better price.
So I am. I offer an all inclusive service for a lower price that many charge for just a basic inspection. If you choose to purchase an inspection service from PMCS, I include a full PSM mechanical integrity file review, full audit support, and inspection of any repairs that need to be made, for the entire inspection interval of your equipment, free of charge. Just cover any travel costs.
I also use flat rate pricing with a 100% pricing guarantee. No matter what we find inside or out on your equipment, and no matter how long it takes to get the job done right, the price does not change. What you see on our quote is what we will charge. No hidden fees, ever, period. We also don’t upcharge you for equipment rentals, hotels, travel, etc. If any of these costs are incurred, they are included up front in the quote. If you choose me to be your inspector, you get treated like family.
